At Ibis Care Mortdale, we provide assisted living care in single rooms with ensuite or shared rooms (two beds) with ensuite. We also have accommodation specifically designed to meet the care needs of residents living with dementia.

Our facility provides a safe environment for all our residents, including access to beautiful courtyard gardens, where residents can socialise, relax or enjoy a BBQ with family.
The home also features an onsite hair salon, movie theatre, cafe, spacious lounge rooms and gymnasium to suit various lifestyle choices.
With several dining areas, our Chef and kitchen staff provide freshly-cooked meals to residents, and provide additional choices for those who choose extra service options.

Do you have a Registered Nurse onsite 24-hours?
Yes we do. We have a fully equipped team of Registered Nurses and carers who are available 24-hours a day.
We ensure that our staffing arrangements suit the various needs of residents in each home.
Ibis Care follow the current requirements as part of the Aged Care Standards that stipulate a specific amount of ‘care minutes’ are to be provided to each resident.
Will the carers speak my language?
At Ibis Care we are proud to have a multicultural workforce.
There are staff who speak languages such as Greek, Chinese, Nepalese, Phillipino, Spanish, Macedonian, just to name a few.
We have several translating and interpreting methods to ensure that residents can access information and communicate in their preferred language.

The Aged Care Star Rating by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is based on several factors including a governance audit, resident feedback and the quality of care.
Can my regular GP continue to care for me?
Yes. When you move into one of our aged care homes you can continue to have the choice of which GP care’s for you.
Ibis Care also have a local community network of GPs who attend the home to care for residents, and are available to any resident.
When can family and friends visit residents in the aged care home?
Resident family members and friends are welcome to visit. The home will be locked in the evening for safety reasons however staff are available to facilitate access.

Are the homes' laundry services onsite?
Yes. The laundry service for each residential age care home is onsite and runs daily.
